01 Acceptance of Terms

By booking a test, visiting Apollo Diagnostic Centre, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

02 Booking & Appointments

• Test bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in-person at our centre.
• Home sample collection slots are subject to availability and may vary by location.
• We recommend following any pre-test instructions (such as fasting requirements) provided at the time of booking, as failure to do so may affect result accuracy.
• Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting our support team at least 2 hours in advance, where possible.

03 Test Reports

• Reports are generated based on samples provided and information shared by the patient at the time of testing.
• Turnaround times mentioned on our website are estimates and may vary depending on test complexity, sample quality, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All reports are reviewed and verified by a qualified pathologist before release.
• Reports are intended to support, not replace, clinical judgement by a qualified physician. Please consult your doctor for interpretation and further medical advice.

04 Payments & Pricing

• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by location or ongoing offers.
• Payment must be completed at the time of sample collection or as otherwise agreed at booking.
• We accept cash, card, UPI, and select insurance/cashless arrangements, subject to provider terms.

05 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before sample collection are eligible for a full refund. Once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, refunds are generally not possible, except in cases of an error attributable to our centre (such as a mismatched or compromised sample). Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

06 Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking.
• Follow pre-test preparation instructions shared by our team.
• Inform our staff of any known allergies, medical conditions, or concerns prior to sample collection.

07 Limitation of Liability

While we follow strict quality protocols at every stage of testing, diagnostic results can be influenced by biological variability, sample conditions, or other factors outside our control. Apollo Diagnostic Centre shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports, except where such liability arises from proven negligence on our part.

09 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
